Kamilah Gamble has become a familiar face at EVCT, serving as the Production Stage Manager for The Many Disguises of Robin Hood, Charlotte’s Web and the upcoming production of How to Train Your Dragon, Jr. What you may not know about her is that she has been dancing since she was 7 years old! Once Kamilah entered High School, she focused her training primarily in Musical Theatre Dance Techniques. Musical Theatre styles have given her a way to express herself like no other dance form could. If she had to identify just one style of dance as her favorite, it would have to be tap dance. 

Kamilah is so excited to work with students in EVCT’s New Movement for Musical Theatre class this Fall. During this course students can expect to learn many different short combinations to help broaden their horizons and sharpen their skills. A variety of styles, techniques and eras will be explored including Fosse, Jazz, Jerome Robbins and even some ballet!
