EVCT’s teaching artist and playwriting mentor, Breona Conrad, directed Southwest Shakespeare Company’s Henry V, performing in the Piper Repertory Theater at the Mesa Arts Center February 14-21, 2026.

That’s not all Breona does. Breona is an integral part of EVCT. She directed and mentored Page to Stage, teaches our master classes (pro-audition training and jazz dance), and is the former director of the EVCT Bravo musical theatre troupe for teens. Breona teaches several acting classes in the fall and spring.

When the schools have their breaks, Breona jumps in and teaches kids popular numbers from the creepiest and kookiest Broadway musicals, including Wicked, Beetlejuice, The Addams Family, and more. We call it Spring Break Camp: The Revenge of Spooky Spring.

Breona makes EVCT a very special place for young actors and aspiring playwrights.
