Scholarship Program
The deadline to apply for an EVCT college scholarship is June 1st, annually.
East Valley Children’s Theatre awards former EVCT performers and technicians with scholarships for higher education. Selected candidates need to be enrolled in or intend to enroll full-time in a two-year junior college, four-year undergraduate college or university, graduate program, or professional theatre-training program. This is a one-year scholarship for the school year beginning in the fall of 2025. All applicants and recipients may reapply each year. Proof of enrollment is required.
EVCT also offers scholarships for classes, troupe membership, camps, and main stage productions. Scholarships given are either a ¼ or ½ payment scholarship for the program requested. All scholarships are directed to our scholarship committee for consideration. The number of scholarships given in a fiscal year depends upon the amount of money in the scholarship fund. This varies from year to year.
