Instructions:

• Please make sure all orders are submitted by midnight on Friday, August 7th.
• The Production Fee is required for each student.
• When you check out, please include the student’s name in the “Order Notes.” This will help us confirm that everyone has paid their fee.
• The Production Fee includes a Poster and T-Shirt!
• If you’re ordering Adult T-Shirts in sizes 3XL or 4XL, please check with the EVCT Office to see if they’re available. Call (480) 756-3828 or email info@evct.org.
• The Playbill Message is a wonderful way to recognize a child in the production.
• The Production Poster measures 12×18. Each participant receives a poster.
• All the money collected will help cover the production’s costs.
