Educator Encore Program
Where Students Experience the Power of Live Theatre
Engagement
Live storytelling shows students that their attentiveness, applause, and reactions directly impact the performance’s quality. As a result, they learn ways the audience plays a role in the production.
A moderated Q&A with the cast and crew occurs at the end of every show.
Venue
The EVCT team collaborates with Mesa Arts Center staff to ensure hassle-free field trips, handling everything from processing purchase orders to coordinating on-site logistics (i.e., bus parking, staff, group seating, etc.).
Productions are performed at the Nesbitt/Elliott Playhouse, located inside the Mesa Arts Center, 1 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201. The venue seats up to 200 people and is accessible to all children.
